About.
Transforming through strategy.
My approach to leadership starts with active listening – it’s how I truly understand challenges and collaborate effectively with teams. I’m energized by finding creative solutions that not only solve immediate pain points but drive lasting improvements. Strategic thinking comes naturally to me, whether I’m optimizing a complex process or building cross-functional relationships.
In my downtime, I channel this same problem-solving energy into planning my future hobby farm. My fascination with miniature animals (especially pygmy goats!) might seem unexpected for a program manager, but it reflects my appreciation for unique solutions and my ability to think differently about challenges.
